Chervil
Swings in temperature are causing issues with fresh chervil.
Chervil is extremely delicate and doesn't like such fluctuations so supply has been a tad tricky these past few days.
With the heat spreading into next week WATCH OUT as it may become difficult to source from our local growers.
Gooseberries
The season for fresh gooseberry is over for another year.
This year's crop has been outstanding and lasted for several weeks longer than in previous years.
They have gone to sleep for another period but don't panic as we have some cheeky ones in the freezer if you need them for a little bit longer
Corker's Crisps
Corker's crisps are currently out of production for the moment due to a fire at the Corker's factory.
This wasn't a small fire it was a total devastation as the entire factory has burnt down.
The team are all safe but the crisps in those large buckets are unfortunately unavailable at the moment while the team rebuild - We have an alternative crisp in stock which we are sure you will like.
