Coastal Cheddar

This amazing cheese is a definite winner made from the milk of grass grazed cows in west dorset , intense rich and crumbly.

It should be tried

Stinking Bishop

Full fat pasteurised cows milk cheese with a robust flavour, the rind is washed in perry which gives it its characteristic flavour.

Although the rind is brown/pink In colour and holds a pungent smell the combination of the flesh-coupled with the rind is mesmerizing.

Bluemin White

This is one of our favourite cheeses.

Matured in the ripening rooms of Shepherds Purse North Yorkshire where it forms its blue deep rind.

This nutty flavoured cheese has picked up a three-star Great Taste Award and is truly epic.

Kidderton Ash

Kidderton Ash is a little cheese that has a truly unique rind and delicate flavours making it so Moorish and sumptuous, it's just unbelievable.

The unique cocktail of cultures results in each cheese behaving and maturing in a truly unique way, giving you a cheese that just grows more and more delicious with each day.

Tomme De Savoie

This semi-hard cow's milk cheese holds an interior flesh which is a buttery beige colour and typically has numerous holes.

Quite fitting for this time of year as wintery notes flow from this hard cheese offering.

Gaperon

This semi-soft cheese is made with partly skimmed milk. Creamy but yet densely textured, this cheese is laced with cracked pepper then gently smoked to create a magical edge.

A white bloomy rind is delicate when young, but becomes more rigid with ripening,
