Courgetttes
Supply of courgettes is struggling this week due to weather making them pricey. This should return to normal soon but until then why not use some UK grown cabbage ???
Strawberries
The strawberry season is on the move very soon and the Spanish fruit is inbound - These strawberries will be larger holding elongated calyx and possible white shoulder.

Supply will be stable but the appearance of fruit will change slightly..
Frisee Lettuce
The supply is quite limited for Endive Lettuce due to weather, we do have stock but please take note as available volume is extremely limited as we work through the week.
