Matured for at least 10 weeks, this cheese achieves the complex blue flavour that’s comparable to Roquefort but creamier and less salty.

Oak Smoked Wensleydale

Naturally smoked for 18 hours using oak chips at the Wensleydale Creamery dairy to generate a subtle, smoked flavour along with a firmer and stronger texture.

Wookey Hole Cave Aged Cheddar

The flavours are big, robust and well rounded, with competing notes such as sweet and salty, or earthy and tangy.

Ribblesdale Goatisan

A wonderfful, Yorkshire parmesan-style cheese. It is cloth bound and matured for about three months, giving it a thin, 2mm rind, but bursting with layers of flavour.

Golden Cross

This ripened goats' milk cheese is first rolled in ash, then matured to develop a complex, yet subtle flavour. Fantastic for both cheeseboards and cooking, try it on the grill!

Cornish Yarg

The leaves, which attract naturally occurring moulds, are brushed onto the cheese in concentric circles.

As the cheese matures, the edible wrap imparts a delicate, mushroom-like taste and develops its unique marbled white appearance.
