    Does this feel a tad early ??

    Well your right they are approximately 3 weeks early compared to last year, the damson fruit is often forgotten but once understood can bring added value to all it touches.

    These fellas are ripe and ready get them preserved for the autumn season which isn’t far away!!

    Watermelon, Blood even Dragon radish the names for this deep coloured meat radish are many.

    The season has begun and will bring some seriously crazy uses for a rather long time which is even better news.

    The flavour profile of these Italian wounders is bold once hit with a flash of heat and hosting a squash texture they will totally blow your mind!!!

    The mushroom season has found its feet and the yellow-footed chanterelle is of most amazing colour at the moment.

    The caps are small but the legs are bold and beautiful which hold great flavour.
