Grantley Hall has been surrounded in mystery for some time with just a whisper that something amazing is planned to erupt into North Yorkshire in the early part of 2019.

The time for the great launch is rapidly approaching and this outstanding new establishment is going to be totally magnificent.

Simon Crannage (Director of Food & Beverage) across all outlets is surrounding everyone by fantastically talented people in order to make this new chapter of Grantley Hall firmly etched in history.

The building is looking fantastic and as we type the kitchens are receiving their ammo, the new team are also ready to start getting busy preparing the launch of all food options across seven outlets!!!

These include Fletchers, Bar & Restaurant Eighty-Eight, Norton Bar & Courtyard, Valeria's, Three Graces Spa Lounge, The Drawing Room & Shaun Rankin at Grantley Hall.

Exciting times ahead for all the team - When we hear of an opening date we will let you know.

Vicki Aldwin

Sad news arrived this week around the tragic loss of a most inspirational and true ambassador for The Love of Food Vicki Aldwin.

Throughout her strong career, Vicki has managed several establishments one being the Mustard Pot - Chapel Allerton.

Vicki, unfortunately, became ill with Ovarian Cancer back in October 2017 which was in remission until late August 2018, when doctors informed Vicki her illness was tragically terminal.

This news didn't stop Vicki in her mission to be the kindest and most inspiring person as she continued to do all those life-changing things that she had always dreamed of.

Vicki was a true Delifresh warrior, a great friend to many in the trade and most of all a most fantastic and generous person, who will be sadly missed by many.
