During Intake we continually sample fry all chipping varieties to combat high sugar and browning results as soon as your chips hit that hot bubbling fat. Our commitment to supplying the best potato for you is strong but you must note each variety reacts differently to your day to day potato needs .

We are now stocking two sizes of mid potatoes.

If you order just mids you will receive a beautiful standard sized potato which is flavoursome and amazing.

BUT

If you order PEARL MIDS you will receive a tightly graded magnificent baby mid potato that will keep you awake at night.

This weeks variety is still Maris Bard which will bring a great graded option with fantastic results once boiled.

If you are looking for a smaller grade just order BABY Mids and we will get some most amazing small graded mids to you on your order.
Pearl Mids - Agata
Tiny in size these small graded mids are a total winner.

With the asparagus season inbound these pearl sized mids will be perfect to present on the plate.

The Euro-Star is a great all-rounder for this week, this is a relatively new variety which offers a good stable & consistent offering if you are just looking for a multi-use potato.

The Euro-Star is an exciting variety which is a great all-around option.

Holding a great dry matter content it is screaming to be blanched and hit with boiling hot goose fat for the most perfect roast potato

If you are wanting to create a total mind-blowing potato puree then you need to be looking into utilising the washed red.

The new season Jersey Royals have landed and host that most memorable deep sophisticated flavour.

The hillside crop is picked by hand at this early stage and it's not until the flat land crop ignites that we start to see the larger ware bags arrive.

over the last couple of months, we have had a little break from the trusty Rooster due to a slight supply issue but they are now back with a bang.
