Ribblesdale Smoked Goats Cheese

Tunworth

Tunworth is possibly the finest soft mould-ripened cheese we stock.

Camembert is a very traditional French style cheese which holds a great following. Tunworth is a very Britsih alternative which has a soft, thin and wrinkled rind, a rich and earthy mushroom fragrance, with a long-lasting sweet and nutty flavour.

Yorkshire Cheddar

This cheese is handcrafted at the award-winning Wensleydale Creamery. An amazing cheddar which is typically aged for 15 months, giving it its' strength and character.

Ribblesdale Smoked Goats Cheese

Arguably the best naturally smoked goats cheese on the market. A naturally oak smoked cheese, coated in brown wax. It a dry but creamy taste with a delicate smoky tang. Pale white in colour, it has a dark rind that comes from being smoked for six hours over oak chippings.

Soft white cheese - After gently layering the curds into the moulds, they are left to sit under their own weight producing this amazing full-bodied sheep's milk cheese.

Acidic to taste but with creamy texture this is a totally amazing cheese board option which also melts fantastically

Harrogate Blue

Harrogate Blue is soft, luxuriously creamy and blue-veined, delivering a mellow blue flavour with a hint of pepper to finish.

Reblochon

Smooth and supple, nutty and fruity. Reblochon is an Alpine cheese from the Haut-Savoie.

It is creamy, washed rind, cows milk cheese dotted with small holes. With fantastic melting qualities but equally awesome to eat as a singular.
