The curds will be slightly creamier than our native crop but the flavour will be most amazing.
The volume of the northern LED grown tomatoes will be reduced this week due to new intercropped plants not quite up to height as the lack of heat in the glass house is causing slow growth.
There will be available fruit throughout the week but volumes will be slightly reduced until the plants gather speed once again.
