This cheese is handcrafted at the award-winning Wensleydale Creamery. An amazing cheddar which is typically aged for 15 months, giving it its' strength and character.

Harrogate Blue

Named after one of the most iconic spa towns this soft, luxuriously creamy blue-veined cheese is outstanding, delivering a mellow blue flavour with a hint of pepper to finish.

This cheese will blow your mind as its probably the nicest soft blue cheese around.

Ribblesdale Goats Parmesan

This cheese is matured and aged for six months and is Iona at Ribblesdale's favourite cheese. It has a thin, natural rind with a yellow flesh and extremely firm texture.

It holds lots of flavour and perfect late winter addition to your board or creations - Get it grated in a risotto...

This is a soft goats’ cheese with a mild and creamy taste. Made on the farm in Bradley, Yorkshire

Matured in the ripening store along with the traditional Yorkshire Blue Cheese this is where it forms its blue-rich rind.
